When are tenant arrangements secured?
We arrange Head Lease agreements with SDA providers upon signing of the build contract, not just at completion. You will personally meet and sign your tenancy agreement with your SDA provider on the purchase of your NDIS property. This means participant placement begins even before construction is finished, virtually eliminating vacancy risk. The early lease arrangement secures your investment returns from day one of property settlement.
